Participants who have special needs are encourage to contact us 2 weeks prior to the seminar so that all reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate these needs.

What if I registered but can’t attend? MMIM Cancellation Policy 2017-01-10T22:40:51+00:00

Substitutions may be made at any time. Requests for cancellation must be made 5 days prior to the seminar in order to receive a refund less a $20.00 administrative charge per canceled attendee. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days, refunds will not be granted; however, a credit will be issued that may be used toward any future MMIM course. If you register and do not attend you are liable for the full cost of tuition.

In the event that we must cancel a course a full refund of the paid tuition will be made. If the course is cancelled due to weather every attempt will be made to reschedule the course.  If we are unable to reschedule we will issue a full refund of the paid tuition.

Once your registration has been processed you will receive an email confirmation showing payment. This email will serve as your receipt for fees paid at the time of registration and can be submitted for reimbursement to your employer.

To secure your space in the course and ensure that your registration and CE credit is processed correctly we need to following information:

  • Name and title as it should appear on your certificate
  • A valid email address and phone number**
  • Payment with correct billing address

**Announcements concerning course changes and updates will be sent via email. Please provide a valid email address so that you don’t miss valuable course notifications.
